The open plan living area is bright and friendly and consists of a living room with separate dining area and an American kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is a PS 4 for entertainment with various games, as well as a sound bar available.
In addition to the living room, all 3 bedrooms in this villa are equipped with a TV. Also USB charging sockets were installed in all bedrooms.
Enjoy your stay on the spacious lanai with comfortable sunbeds. The pool area with a large saltwater pool and whirlpool faces south.
There are 3 bicycles available for exploring the area.
Cape Coral is a waterway dream. To this villa you can rent a boat, even if this house does not have a boat lift. We have boat lifts in the Yacht Club area and in Rose Garden. From there you can use the boat you have rented, and moor it there again on the lift in the evening.
